Check-in

Check-in :

Upon your arrival, locate the gate closest to the company's boarding area. On the information screens, you will find information about your check-in. If you have any special items (musical instruments, fragile items, etc.), we recommend that you see an airport station manager or go to the ticket counter.

For your safety and the safety of the rest of the passengers, we have introduced measures of caution and vigilance which we ask you to please respect :

1. Do not leave your baggage unattended, for it will become suspicious and then be automatically destroyed. Never accept a package or piece of luggage that someone else has given you for any reason.

2. Check-in for our flights closes one hour before the departure time indicated on your ticket. This time limit ensures your comfort and that of the other passengers. We recommend you arrive at the airport three hours before the scheduled departure of your flight in order to avoid stress and choose the best seats on board.

3. Once you have checked in, you must show your identification and your e-ticket or "itinerary" that you have printed. The security checks prior to your check-in are to ensure that you do not bring dangerous goods on board. For more information on luggage, see Packing your stuff.

4. Passengers in business class or Azur Plus Unlimited cardholders have a reserved check-in counter in order to speed up their check-in process. They then have access to the VIP lounge inside the airport.

5. Some passengers may qualify for assistance at the airport (passengers with reduced mobility, unaccompanied minors). Find out about the assistance our company provides.
